Olivier Thienot received his degree from the prestigious Wine and Spirit Education Trust in London (WSET) and has been the director of the academy in Paris since October 2003. He is a certified wine expert and has organized wine-tasting events (classes, dinners, receptions) in France and abroad for corporations and organizations such as HSBC, Shangri-La, Microsoft, Deloitte...

Vinny Mazzara, born in Italy, received her certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET). She has been head sommelier in prestigious and internationnally acclaimed restaurants such as Bristol Hotel and Caves Taillevent. Her expertise extends from the wines of France and Europe to the wines of the New World. She also serves as a wine expert in Asia for Ficofi Company based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.
Marie-Dominique Bradford received her certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and is one of the few wine experts in France to belong to the prestigious Institute of Masters of Wine. She is also one of the first experts to have joined the French Academy of Wine (Ecole du Vin). A highly regarded wine-tasting professional with extensive expertise in the vineyards of France and in the world, she specializes in teaching our intensive degree programs.
A gourmet and a storyteller, JC is deeply passionate about wine and food. He has visited vineyards on five continents, harvested grapes in South Africa and blended wine in France. He regularly travels to various wine regions of the world such as Napa Valley in California and Salta in Argentina.
Having recently completed the Wine & Spirit Educational Trust (WSET) Diploma, he is currently studying for the Master of Wine diploma.
He is the host of a popular workshop entitled "How to taste like a pro," and he also regularly teaches classes for the WSET about the wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Italy for all levels. He is an active member of the Hong Kong Wine Society.
Marjolaine has entered the world of wine in London while working for the Wine & Spirit Trade Association (WSTA) and passed her WSET Diploma in 2002. Over the past 15 years, she has been involved in the wine business while working in communication and marketing in France, England and Canada. She is now based in Hong Kong, she speaks fluent French and English. Thanks to her professional experience, she has developped a strong expertise in communication and a worldwide wine knowlege.
Passionate about wines, Jennifer has been in the wine industry as wine supplier, wine tutor and wine event organizer. Through casual wine appreciation workshop and various levels of tutored workshop, she has brought the participants to the World of Wines. She is also keen on sharing her global experience in wine & dine culture to wine lovers in Hong Kong SAR and Mailand China.
